POSITION DESCRIPTION: Oversight, coordination, reporting and resolution of all maintenance on site.
- Coordination and prioritization of a maintenance team addressing all daily maintenance and projects on site, including daily work on maintenance requests, property clean up and remodels.
- Further development and oversight of current preventative maintenance program to increase up time and productivity.
- Daily communication with peers, office staff and Director on status of repairs and projects.
- Scheduling, ordering parts/inventory, delegation of tasks and follow up
- Ensure all employees in your responsible areas are following policies, with heavy emphasis on Safety.
- Submit and control all maintenance related purchases.
EXPECTATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
- REQIURED 3+ years of construction/remodel experience (model home experience is a plus)- MUST BE VERIFIABLE WORK
- Experience Required- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, home teardowns/setups, ability to lift
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Supportive of leadership, positive attitude, follow and enforce company policies.
- Manage and take ownership of above responsibilities.
- Formally review all direct reports at least twice per year
- Execute all firectives and initiatives
- Operate within cost and budget objectives and targets
