Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dependable team member who is eager to learn and can work both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). This is a flexible, year-round PART TIME position requiring weekday and weekend availability.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications

- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Willingness to perform cleaning, dishwashing, and organizational tasks
- Willingness to study recipes
- Basic math skills
- High integrity with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with uniform standards and company policies
- Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
Bobarista / Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional experience from start to finish
- Answer questions about menu items and ingredients
- Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system, and process cash and card payments
- Prepare beverages by following recipes precisely to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor bar equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
- Perform standard cleaning, organization, and dishwashing duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Kitchen / Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities
- Brew teas and prepare toppings and ingredients
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and properly storing food supplies
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients
- Track inventory and supply usage
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and food prep areas according to hygiene standards
- Perform standard cleaning, organization, and dishwashing tasks
- Maintain safety and cleanliness while working in the kitchen
- Seamlessly rotate between bar and kitchen stations while maintaining accuracy and focus
