Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Observe and document patient behavior and changes in condition, reporting any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Uphold resident rights by treating all individuals with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home health care or caregiving is preferred.
- Familiarity with memory care practices is a plus.
- Understanding of patient observation techniques and documentation protocols.
- Ability to prepare meals that accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and healthcare teams.

- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
