About the Role
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our trade-based clientele, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. By leveraging your expertise in scheduling and communication platforms, you will drive customer satisfaction and help optimize daily field service workflows.
Responsibilities-
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications to resolve client inquiries and provide timely updates.

Coordinate complex appointment scheduling and dispatching to ensure technicians are efficiently routed to job sites.

Utilize Service Titan to maintain accurate client records and track service history for trade-based projects.

Engage with customers via Hatch messaging to facilitate proactive communication and appointment confirmations.

Perform precise data entry to ensure all service logs and dispatch information are current and actionable.

Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that builds long-term client loyalty in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Service Titan and Hatch messaging platforms.

Proven track record in appointment scheduling and dispatching within a trade-service industry.

Strong proficiency in data entry and multi-tasking across digital communication tools.

Prior experience supporting field operations for plumbing, HVAC, or electrical businesses.

Demonstrated ability to handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
