Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their style preferences, measurements, and fabric choices for custom shirts
- Create detailed design concepts using digital art tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, ensuring alignment with client specifications
- Prepare comprehensive design files optimized for print and production, including color management and layout adjustments for fabric printing
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories based on design requirements and customer preferences
- Oversee the pattern making process, translating digital designs into accurate templates for cutting and sewing
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality standards are met during shirt assembly and finishing processes
- Conduct fittings and adjustments as needed to guarantee a perfect fit and finish for each custom shirt
- Maintain detailed records of designs, measurements, fabric selections, and production notes for future reference
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, silhoutte stuidos ) and Figma for creating detailed garment designs
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics relevant to fashion design and branding
- Technical skills in pattern drafting, layout design for print production, and prepress preparation
- Knowledge of fabric types, textiles, and print manufacturing processes including sign manufacturing if applicable
- Experience with digital art creation related to clothing design or apparel branding projects
- Familiarity with web-based content management systems (CMS) for showcasing portfolios or managing client orders
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and team members
- Ability to handle photo editing, photo manipulation, and video editing tools like Adobe After Effects for promotional content or visual storytelling related to custom shirts
