FirstLight Home Care is urgently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing home care team in Rhode Island.
The RN will conduct in-home client assessments, develop Plans of Care, and complete supervisory visits to ensure high-quality home care services.

Conduct client intakes and inhome nursing evaluations

Develop and update Plans of Care

Supervise caregivers and provide training
-
Complete visit documentation and reports
-
Coordinate client services and caregiver introductions

Ensure compliance with agency policies and care standards

Active RN license in Rhode Island

Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home care preferred)

Strong assessment and communication skills

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation + auto insurance

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / scheduling tools)
