Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team for the day shift or evening shift. As a Barista, you will be the face of our store, responsible for creating high-quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve not only crafting delicious drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of tea, milk, syrups, and other supplies; communicate needs to management when necessary.
- Uphold health and safety regulations in food preparation and beverage service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while managing time effectively during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Candidates must able to work in both zip code 94063 and 94040(preferred) with reliable commute.
- Previous experience in a barista or customer service role is required.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations; familiarity with basic math concepts is essential.
- Knowledge of bubble tea types, and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
