Worxweb Solutions is hiring on behalf of a growing insurance agency in Fort Lauderdale for a Health Insurance Agent role focused on inbound sales. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, explaining coverage clearly, and helping individuals compare under-65 health insurance options in a structured, high-opportunity sales environment.
What you’ll do

Handle inbound sales opportunities from prospective clients seeking health insurance coverage

Guide customers through plan options and explain core and ancillary product benefits clearly

Help clients compare coverage choices and complete the enrollment process

Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and client records in CRM systems

Stay current on product updates, compliance requirements, and agency processes

Work toward weekly sales and quality goals in a team-focused environment
What we’re looking for

Clear, professional communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone

A strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build trust and keep conversations organized

Comfort working in a structured, performance-driven sales environment

Active Florida health insurance license preferred

Candidates who are eligible and willing to obtain the required Florida health insurance license are also encouraged to apply

Previous insurance, telesales, call center, or inbound sales experience is preferred but not required
Compensation

Paid training: $15/hour for the first 2 weeks

Beginning in week 3, compensation shifts to commission plus weekly performance bonuses

$30 per core policy sold

$25 to $130 per ancillary product sold

$250 weekly bonus for 12 or more core sales

$350 weekly bonus for 15 or more core sales

Actual earnings vary based on production
