Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining production machinery and equipment including molding machines, punch presses, and automated assemblers and liners. Under minimum supervision they must be able to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and various building systems.
Qualifications

Strong experience applying electrical, mechanical, and electronic principles to test, maintain, repair, and improve equipment and processes.

Support production maintenance for hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, including molding machines, punch presses, and automated assembly equipment.

Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment using effective diagnostic and repair methods.

Read and work from drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications.

Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures and regulations.

Able to stand or walk on concrete for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders.

Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

3-5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred.

Two-year technical degree preferred.

Strong electrical/mechanical analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.

Experience in a high-volume industrial manufacturing environment.
