This Job
We are looking for a Service Technician to provide excellent customer service by cleaning and maintaining residential pools with consistency, attentiveness, and proactivity.
Job expectations include:

Manage multiple daily swimming pool routes according to the highest levels of personalized service

Keep accurate records of service visits and document customer service actions and discussions

Proactively identify necessary equipment repairs and notify the office

Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution

Keep apprised of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of continuous improvement
Job Requirements

Proficiency in English

Ability to work independently and complete jobs to the highest level of quality

Attention to detail and cleanliness

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Ability to lift 50lbs

Valid drivers license
-
US workforce authorization
This job is highly autonomous and independent, with flexible 8-hour daily shifts available Monday through Friday between 7:30am-6:00pm.
