Position Summary
We’re looking for an Assistant Baker to join our team! This position focuses on preparing and baking high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts for both our café and wholesale customers. The right candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality to everything they do.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in recipe development and bring new creative ideas to the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with our head baker and café team to ensure timely production.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive, encouraging team atmosphere because how we do things matters just as much as what we make.

Physical Requirements
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment.
Schedule & Availability
- MUST be available to work Sunday mornings!
- Morning shifts with weekend availability required.
- Position may be part-time (20–25 hrs/week) or full-time (30–35 hrs/week), depending on candidate preference and business needs.
