What You’ll Do

Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential pool construction projects

Visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area to observe progress and support field operations

Help schedule subcontractors and track project timelines
-
Communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner

Maintain organized job documentation and progress photos

Assist with permit coordination and inspections

Identify potential issues and report them to senior leadership
-
Support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget
This role is both office-based and field-based. You will spend time on active construction sites.

Experience Requirements

Construction experience is helpful but not required

Project coordination experience is a plus but not required
