The Legal Administrative Assistant II plays a critical role in supporting senior leaders within the Legal Division through executive-level administrative support, operational coordination, and proactive partnership. Success in this role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide administrative support to senior Legal Division leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and support for divisional obligations and external engagements.
Anticipate priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively manage logistical needs to ensure leaders remain focused on strategic priorities.
Partner with the General Counsel’s Office and Legal Division administrative team to coordinate commitments, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Monitor and communicate progress on key initiatives, deliverables, and leadership priorities.
Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making, communications, and business initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather and organize materials, status updates, and briefing documents.
Manage high-volume communications and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other leadership materials.

What You'll Need:
4–6 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, systems, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and productivity
Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing correspondence, presentations, and leadership-ready materials
Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information and interacting with senior leaders
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
