Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, anesthesia administration, and patient care
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA requirements and state healthcare regulations
- Excellent patient assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with dental terminology and daily practice management workflows
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar systems)
- Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques
- Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus
- Additional experience with dental laboratory procedures or dental fabrication is beneficial
