In this role, you will blend clinical expertise with a luxury guest experience, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and medical-grade skincare to deliver transformative results. The ideal candidate possesses advanced certifications, a deep understanding of skin histology, and a proven track record of creating customized, long-term treatment plans.
Core Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Clinical & Laser Treatments
- Aerolase Laser Modalities: Safely and effectively perform advanced laser treatments using Aerolase technology for skin rejuvenation, acne reduction, hyperpigmentation, melasma, rosacea, and gentle hair removal across all Fitzpatrick skin types.
- Microchanneling: Administer precision microchanneling (collagen induction therapy) treatments to target fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, and stretch marks, seamlessly incorporating medical-grade serums for optimal absorption.
- Microdermabrasion: Perform mechanical exfoliation utilizing diamond-tip or crystal microdermabrasion systems to improve skin texture, clarity, and overall radiance.
Specialized Aesthetic Services
- Customized Medical Facials: Design and execute high-performance facials tailored to individual client needs, incorporating extractions, high-frequency, and specialized masking techniques.
- Advanced Exfoliation: Conduct professional-grade chemical peels (ranging from superficial to medium-depth) and dermaplaning to enhance treatment outcomes and product penetration.
- Targeted Add-ons: Integrate complementary modalities such as LED light therapy, microcurrent, and lymphatic drainage to elevate standard protocols.
Client Consultation & Care
- Comprehensive Skin Analysis: Conduct thorough consultations utilizing skin diagnostic tools to evaluate client concerns, medical history, and contraindications.
- Treatment Mapping: Formulate comprehensive, multi-session treatment plans that realistically align with the client’s aesthetic goals and budget.
- Pre- & Post-Care Education: Deliver clear, empathetic, and detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure client safety, comfort, and maximum efficacy.
Sales & Product Recommendations
- Curated Home-Care Regimens: Educate clients on the importance of daily maintenance and prescribe tailored, medical-grade skincare routines (retail products) to protect and enhance their clinical investments.
- Retention & Cross-Promotion: Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business, while cross-promoting other med spa services (e.g., injectables, body contouring) where appropriate.
Safety, Compliance & Operations
- Sanitation Excellence: Maintain pristine treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment, lasers, and tools are thoroughly sterilized and sanitized according to state board regulations and OSHA standards.
- Precise Documentation: Document detailed, accurate client charts within the EMR/spa management software, noting specific laser settings, serum formulations, skin reactions, and clinical progress photos.
- Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Monitor treatment room inventory, request supply restocks proactively, and report any equipment or laser calibration needs immediately.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
