Jersey Mike's is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the success of our quick service fast food restaurant.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced café environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and health standards.
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy restaurant, ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties as needed.
- Bus tables and maintain a clean dining area.
- Demonstrate a commitment to food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and time management.
- Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with food preparation and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control practices.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
