Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about features, benefits, and pricing
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Handle cash registers efficiently, including balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts
- Maintain knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, and financial software to ensure precise transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Strong understanding of banking procedures and financial services basics
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately and quickly
- Proficiency with financial software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, cash management, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures or familiarity with financial products is a plus
- Ability to stock products thoroughly and effectively
- Detailed cleaning ability
