About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves food preparation, assisting with cooking, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting daily kitchen operations.
Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and kitchen standards

Assist with cooking and assembling menu items under the direction of the chef or line cook

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Properly store, label, and rotate food items to maintain freshness and quality

Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, including prep areas, equipment, and utensils

Monitor food inventory and report low stock, shortages, or expired items

Receive, inspect, and store food deliveries following proper procedures

Support dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen cleaning duties

Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of all work areas

Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned
What Sets You Apart:
- Previous experience in kitchen, food service, or restaurant prep preferred

Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to follow recipes and instructions with accuracy

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
