What You’ll Do:
Hours for this role are a 0.5 FTE, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Team Up for Success: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team and engage with patients, ages 12-17, and their guardians to ensure everyone gets the comprehensive care they deserve.
Assess, Plan, and Act: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement psychotherapeutic services tailored to a diverse patient population facing mental health challenges.
Therapy Extraordinaire: Deliver a variety of therapy services, including individual and family psychotherapy, and facilitate engaging therapeutic process groups that inspire growth and healing.
Empower and Enhance: Help enhance the overall functioning of patients and their families, guiding them on their next steps in their mental health journey.
Support Your Peers: Provide support to fellow therapists and associate therapists, participate in lively case conferences, and contribute to team discussions that spark innovation.
Mentor the Next Generation: If you’re qualified, you might even supervise Master’s level interns or associate therapists in family therapy, counseling, or social work.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related therapeutic field. Independent licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state of Minnesota required.

Non-independently licensed candidate will be considered at an Associate level therapist. That role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related therapeutic field. If your degree is in a closely related field and you are pursuing an LPCC, you must demonstrate that your education meets the coursework requirements of the license, either through your own comparison or an unofficial review with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.

Licensure: Candidates must be licensed or actively pursuing clinical licensure in the state of Minnesota. This includes receiving clinical supervision and counting clinical supervision hours.

Two years of experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred

Must have knowledge of DSM-IV criteria

Skill in interviewing and assessment

Display a professional attitude in all aspects of his/her performance

Skills to communicate clearly and effectively with Clinical Directors and professionals within other organizations

Computer skills using Microsoft Office Products including Word and Outlook

Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
Compensation for this role ranges from $38.50 to $49 hourly for an Independently licensed position and for the pre-licensed therapist it is $29 to $33, depending on education, licensure, and experience.
