What you'll earn:

What you'll do:
- Prospect, network, and follow up on leads in your territory
- Educate homeowners on roof replacement, repair, and the insurance claim process
- Conduct roof inspections (full training provided)
- Close deals and hand off to our production team for install
What we're looking for:
- A self-motivated closer who takes ownership of their numbers
- Strong communication and the discipline to work a territory consistently
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when that's when deals close
- Coachable — you take the system and run with it
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Roofing or insurance-restoration sales experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train the right person
