Kind Hearted Staffing Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. We partner with healthcare facilities to provide qualified CNAs for short-term, long-term, and as-needed staffing assignments. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Measure and document vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with medication support as directed by licensed nursing staff.
- Accurately document patient care using EMR/EHR systems.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow facility policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License/Certification
- Current Physical Examination
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and patient care skills.
CPR Certification
Current CPR/BLS certification is preferred but not required to apply. If you do not currently have a CPR certification, Kind Hearted Staffing Agency can help you obtain one before you begin working.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
- Acute care experience is a plus.
- Experience using EMR/EHR documentation systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different healthcare environments.
