Lawn Care Helper – Commercial Properties
R&R Lawn, LLC is a growing, family-owned lawn care company focused on professional, quality service. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Helper to primarily service commercial properties.
This is not a mowing position. The primary responsibilities will include property maintenance, trimming, edging, blowing, mulch installation, and weed control.
Responsibilities
- Use commercial weed eaters/trimmers, blowers, and edgers
- Trim around buildings, fences, trees, curbs, sidewalks, and landscape beds
- Edge sidewalks, curbs, and other hard surfaces
- Blow grass clippings and debris from customer areas
- Install and spread mulch
- Apply weed control products as directed
- Assist with landscape bed maintenance and seasonal property cleanup
- Load/unload and maintain equipment and materials
- Maintain clean, professional-looking properties
- Follow safety procedures and represent R&R Lawn professionally
Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience using weed eaters, blowers, and edgers required
- Experience installing/spreading mulch required
- Experience with weed control products and spraying required
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Commercial mowing experience is not required. Employees hired for this position will not be responsible for operating mowers.

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days
- Occasional overtime/seasonal overtime
- $15–$17/hour, based on experience
- Potential for day-rate pay for the right candidate
