Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — In-Home Care
Job Description: OnCare Rehab LLC is a certified provider of in-home physical,
occupational, and speech therapy serving South Brunswick, Dayton, and surrounding NJ
counties. We’re one of the fastest-growing home care therapy providers in Mercer County,
known for starting care within 24–48 hours of referral.
We’re hiring a licensed PTA to join our in-home care team. You’ll work under a supervising
Physical Therapist to deliver hands-on treatment, help patients regain mobility and
independence, and build real one-on-one relationships with patients in their own homes —
not rush through a clinic schedule.
Responsibilities: Provide skilled PT interventions in patients’ homes under PT supervision
Assist with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and balance work
Document patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT Educate patients
and families on home exercise programs and safety
Schedule: Full-time or flexible/part-time Pay: Competitive, ~$42–$45/hr depending on

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PTA program Active New Jersey PTA license
(or eligibility) Reliable transportation Comfortable working independently in home
