We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and reliable Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team.

Responsibilities
Teach safe, engaging, and effective Pilates Reformer classes for all fitness levels
Provide clear verbal and hands-on (when appropriate) corrections
Create a welcoming, supportive, and motivating environment
Deliver the Moonstones class experience while allowing your own teaching personality to shine
Arrive prepared and on time for every class
Maintain studio cleanliness and organize equipment before and after class
Build relationships with clients and encourage consistency in their Pilates journey
Participate in instructor trainings, meetings, and special studio events when needed
Preferred Availability
We’re currently looking for instructors who are available for:
Weekend morning shifts
Weekend evening shifts
Weekday evening shifts
Availability during these times is highly preferred, but we’re happy to discuss scheduling with the right candidate.
Qualifications
Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (minimum 450-hour comprehensive certification preferred)
CPR/AED Certification (or willing to obtain)
Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and movement principles
Excellent communication and cueing skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Passion for helping clients achieve their goals
Previous group fitness or boutique studio experience is a plus
