We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Personnel to join our team. Inventory Personnel are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient operation of our inventory system. This role is crucial for supporting Bud 2 Bloom as it allows our operations to run smoothly. Having someone ensure that all of our products are accounted for and that we stay compliant with all state regulations creates a smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers, enriching and elevating customer experience.

Monitor back of the house and maintain current inventory levels ensuring they are accurate in the online inventory tracking system.

Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock counts to computer-generated reports.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.

Organize and store items systematically for easy retrieval.

Ability to use inventory management software to track and manage inventory, ensuring everything in-house is correctly accounted for.

Generate inventory reports and provide analysis on inventory status.

Update inventory records in the system and ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with the acting supervisor on procurement needs.

Inspect goods received for quality and quantity against purchase orders.

Report any damaged or missing goods to the General Manager.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Relevant experience using inventory management software and handling inventory

1-year inventory experience in the retail environment, cannabis industry preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrates a strong passion for cannabis and a deep understanding of cannabis culture.

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment independently and with a team.

Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Must obtain a Cannabis Business Identification card.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Ability to work standing for extended periods.

Ability to pick up and carry packages and other heavy objects weighing over 25 pounds.

Point-of-sale fulfillment experience preferred

Enthusiastic about learning and mastering essential skills required for role.
