Position Overview: As the Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading census growth and referrals across the southern Illinois region across multiple long-term and skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee facility liaisons and admissions teams to ensure timely response to new patient referrals

Collaborate with facility Administrators and DONs to align admission capabilities

Represent the company at hospitals, community events and foster partnerships with clinicians in the market to drive patient referrals and census growth.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of experience in Business Development in Long-term care.

Proven track record of driving census and building referral pipelines

Strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and discharge planners preferred
