Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Associate Therapist or Licensed Therapist to join our substance use, mental health, and gambling outpatient program. Pay is dependent on experience. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services to diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical assessments.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, etc.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and facilitate behavior change.
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure client safety.
- Group facilitation
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations, clinical documentation standards, and medical terminology requirements within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans for clients with co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, or chronic pain conditions.
- Engage in ongoing research and data collection efforts to improve treatment outcomes and support clinical research initiatives.
- Participate in treatment planning meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans aligned with best practices in mental health counseling.
Experience
- Experience working in substance use/mental health field and experience in providing individual, group and family therapy.

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
