Job Summary
The Gardener will work as part of the Edun team to maintain a full-cycle indoor beyond organic, no-till living soil garden in Parachute, Colorado. This person will assist in daily operations related to growing, feeding, harvesting, and processing through the post-harvest process.
Full Job Description
- Attending to a no-till living soil craft cultivation facility.
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects, and expectations of the cultivation department in accordance with our standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Irrigation and feeding with organic nutrients in a living soil system.
- Working to maintain the health of the plants through trellising, pruning, and training plants.
- Transplanting clones to beds and harvesting on schedule.
- Cleaning up and putting tools and equipment away after a task is complete, promoting and maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the Garden.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other members of the cultivation team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of executed tasks.
- Maintain a level of cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
- Follow EPA & MSDS regulations.
- Adherence to all regulatory, safety and corporate requirements.
- Ensure consistent quality.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- At least 21 years of age, holds a current MED badge, and is authorized to work in the US.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work weekends, or evenings if requested.
- Take ownership and personal responsibility for the quality and productivity of their work.
Physical Demands
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
- Exposure to dusts, odors, heat and/or low temperatures; low humidity, high humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.

- Experience and/or desire to learn to grow in a beyond organic no-till living soil garden.
