IPS is searching for a behavior technician (who we will train and support through obtaining the RBT credential) to provide in-home and in-clinic therapy that targets functional verbal behavior, skill acquisition, academic programs, and social skills for children diagnosed with autism. We have two clinics: Clarksdale (looking for 4-5 RBTs), and we provide services through North Mississippi into the Mississippi Delta. We strive to support children in developing independent skills, as well as helping families advocate for and support their children. RBTs are responsible for providing direct behavioral support to children under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Job requirements include:
A high school diploma, bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or child development preferred.
Experience working with individuals with autism and related learning differences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A reliable vehicle and driver’s license, as well as car insurance.
A positive attitude and ability to make decisions.
Must pass a background check.
Must be comfortable working in clients’ homes.
Salary: starts at $15-20/hour, 90 day probationary period; rate commensurate with experience. UHC insurance and 401K with 4% match available, a childcare option available (in-clinic childcare for Southaven employees that equals $75/week), paid time off, paid holidays, paid during indirect time (i.e., paid whether your client shows up for the session or not). Full- and part-time positions (afternoons only) available.
