Provides administrative support.
Essential Functions

Provides administrative support for a department ensuring the flow of pertinent information that pertains to vendor invoices, vendor contracts, etc.

Researches, organizes and executes special projects as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
-
High School diploma/GED.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
-
Four (4) years of administrative related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-
Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., CRT, 10-key by touch).
- Good oral and written communication skills.

Good human relation skills.
Domicile Information: This is a full-time, onsite position located in Greensboro, NC.
Shift Information: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
