Front Desk/Medical Billing Patient Service Representative is responsible for checking patients in/out, back-up answering phones, making reminder calls, posting medical charges, payments, and updating monthly reports on time and within scope. In this role you may also be introduced to processing insurance claim denials, file corresponding appeals and coordinate with insurance companies.
