- Use USA Staffing to review, update, and maintain staffing and onboarding records; generate reports; and track applicant, certificate, eligibility, qualification, and final hiring status information.
- Support USA Hire assessment processes by monitoring assessment milestones, coordinating status updates and applicant notifications, and reconciling assessment information with related hiring actions.
- Code and track Federal personnel actions in the Federal Personnel and Payroll System using the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions, including accessions, conversions, promotions, reassignments, and other staffing-related actions.
