What You'll Do
As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted resource for patients by helping them understand their recommended treatment, insurance benefits, and financial options.
Responsibilities include:
- Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Reviewing insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
- Helping patients confidently move forward with recommended care
- Scheduling treatment and coordinating follow-up appointments
- Supporting patient retention and continuity of care
- Managing treatment-related documentation and account information
- Collaborating with providers and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Assisting with schedule optimization and patient communication
- Supporting front office operations and patient service initiatives
We're seeking someone who:
- Loves building relationships and helping others
- Has exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Can confidently discuss financial arrangements and insurance benefits
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Dental experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping people are just as important.
