ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Water Restoration Technician who can lead from the front, make decisions in the field, and help customers navigate some of the most stressful situations of their lives.

What You'll Do
- Lead water mitigation projects from start to finish
- Perform water extraction and structural drying
- Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment
- Create moisture maps and document drying progress
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Perform demolition and emergency response work when needed
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of water mitigation experience
- Experience leading crews or managing projects
- Strong customer communication skills
- Experience with moisture meters, thermal imaging, and drying equipment
- Ability to make sound decisions in the field
- Strong documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in challenging environments
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC WRT Certification
- ASD Certification
- AMRT Certification
- Experience with Xactimate
- Restoration industry leadership experience

Compensation
Competitive pay and bonuses based on experience and certifications.
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
