Delight Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support our Wendy's locations throughout the Pittsburgh market.
The ideal candidate has prior restaurant/QSR maintenance experience and hands-on commercial refrigeration experience. This position will travel between locations performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep our restaurants operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and general maintenance at restaurant locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and building systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs.
- Document completed repairs and communicate with restaurant management.
- Travel between locations throughout the Pittsburgh market.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant or QSR maintenance experience required.
- Hands-on commercial refrigeration experience required.
- HVAC experience/certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
A working interview/hands-on skills assessment may be required to evaluate technical expertise and troubleshooting abilities.
