Our manufacturing partners in Menomonee Falls are looking to add Production Technicians to their growing team. These positions are on both first shift and second shift and provide ample opportunity for growth in a major manufacturing company in the area. The ideal candidate would have experience working across stages of assembly production, the ability to read blueprints, as well as experience being cross trained across different departments. Pay for this position starts with $22.60/hour with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401k matching, and more are granted after a 90-day probationary period. Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Production Technician are, but not limited to:
- Gather necessary materials and documentation to perform tasks.
- Ability to use hand and power tools to complete assigned process in the assembly stage
- Assist in cross training of others as needed.
- Follow work instructions, prints, and other procedures to perform tests, assembly, and other operations to finish part or final product.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Maintain safe and organized work area.
Requirements:
The requirements of the Production Technician are:
- Proficiency using basic gauges and measuring instruments.
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Proficient in English Language
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
