We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to order in a timely and efficient manner. You will run our members only tavern restaurant with a great deal of autonomy.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer requests

Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment

Ensure that food is stored properly and at the correct temperature

Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware
Requirements:

ServSafe certified

Proven experience as a Line Cook

Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods

Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well in a team

Excellent communication skills
Must have reliable transportation to South Glastonbury.
Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required. Scheduling on other days offers some flexibility.
