AT&T Sales Trainee Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in assigned residential communities to provide information on wireless products and services
- Support the sales process by educating customers and identifying solutions that align with their needs
- Represent the AT&T brand professionally to promote positive customer experiences
- Participate in daily and weekly sales training sessions focused on communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support local outreach and market initiatives
- Accurately track customer interactions and completed sales activities
AT&T Sales Trainee Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Interest in sales, customer service, or professional development
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
