Associate Dentist – Private Practice.
Spokane, Washington | 3–4 Days per Week | $200,000–$300,000 Historical Earning Range
Dr. Scarborough and his experienced team are seeking an associate dentist to join our established private practice in Spokane, Washington.
This opportunity offers an established patient base, strong earning potential, clinical autonomy and the support to continue developing your skills. Applicants may choose between:
- Three days per week in our Spokane office, or
- Four days per week, consisting of three days in Spokane and one day in our Kellogg, Idaho, office
We welcome both experienced dentists and motivated newer dentists who want to practice comprehensive dentistry and expand their clinical abilities.
Compensation and Earning Potential
- 32%–34% of collections
- No deductions from associate compensation for laboratory expenses or supplies
- Guaranteed minimum daily pay of $800
- Historical associate earnings have ranged from more than $200,000 to approximately $300,000 annually, depending on schedule, productivity and clinical experience
- Our current associate has earned close to $300,000 while working three days per week

Associates have the freedom to diagnose, treatment plan and provide the care they believe is appropriate for their patients. Procedures are not reserved exclusively for the owner dentist, allowing associates to develop their own patient relationships and build a rewarding long-term career.
Dr. Scarborough enjoys teaching and is available to provide mentorship and hands-on clinical guidance. The level of mentorship can be tailored to the associate’s experience and goals.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Washington dental license or ability to obtain one
- Idaho dental license or ability to obtain one if working in the Kellogg office
- Ability to obtain required professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry
- Interest in continued clinical learning and development
