We're seeking a full-time Marine Mechanic Helper to support daily operations in a busy marine service environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a physically active setting.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 7:30 am- 4:30 pm (Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday)
Pay: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed. Overtime paid daily after 8 hr day completed.
Responsibilities
Assist marine mechanics with repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
Perform shop tasks such as cleaning, organizing tools, preparing work areas and basic shop activities.
Load, unload, and move equipment and parts up to 50lb.
Travel to job sites or marinas as required with service vehicle
Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional appearance.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a mechanical, marina or related field
Active Driver's License and passport
Ability to lift 50lbs
Must arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance
Able to communicate English
