Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
IVR Architect, SQL, Excel, Jira, and Octane
- Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and analyze business needs. As per the BRS document and discussion with project stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Interpret data and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Should have Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data modeling techniques.
- Solution Implementation: Ability to stimulate and participate in creative thinking for out-of-the box solutions. Monitor project progress and participate in QA testing to ensure solutions meet business goals.
- IVR Architecture and Workflow : Must have knowledge on IVR architecture both on prem and cloud services, should understand IVR design.
- Technical Proficiency: Should have experience in tools like SQL, Excel, Jira, and Octane is often required, and basic understanding of programming .
- Leadership : Strong, proactive leadership capabilities. Resolving and influencing the positive outcome of conflicting objectives and priorities.
- Communication: Excellent written ( technical ) and verbal communication. Ability to effectively communicate, interact and influence Senior Technology, Business & Operational partners.
- Adapt : Work effectively within a fast-paced, cohesive Architecture team and willing to learn fast and adapt quickly to change
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: banking, finance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
Basic knowledge about Octane API
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
High proficiency with SQL and database management
Proven analytical abilities
Experience in generating process documentation and reports Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 a year
