Hyperbaric Oxygen Technician
Hyperbaric Oxygen Technician Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Full time three 12-13 hours sessions per week
- Rotating Saturdays
Hyperbaric Oxygen Technician Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains the hyperbaric chamber and associated systems and equipment as prescribed by a hyperbaric physician
- Ensures patient comfort and addresses any patient concerns
- Conducts patient orientation sessions for new patients and their personal support systems
- Provides on-going patient education as necessary to maintain patient safety
Hyperbaric Oxygen Technician Qualifications:
- Certification in Hyperbaric Technology Required or completion of an approved Hyperbaric Med Course within 3 months of employment
- BLS Certification required
- 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred
- Previous Hyperbaric Technician experience preferred
