Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests genuinely, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, adhering to food safety management standards.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process orders accurately and handle card transactions securely.
- Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and communicating supply needs to management proactively.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant or bar setting and engaging with peopme.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and food safety management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
