BUY HERE PAY HERE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage buy pay here portfolio
- Approve credit applicationand set customers up on payment arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with compary policies, state and federal regulations, and lending laws
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on delinquencies.
- Handle reposseesions and reactivations in a professional and efficient manner. ◦
- Maintain accurate records in Frazer and ensure documents are complete.
- ○ Work closely with sales team to build strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent phone customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Meet and exceed portfolio pertormance and collection goals.
- Learn inventory to provide and assist with sales
- Must be self motivated
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
