Job Overview
We are seeking passionate, experienced, a Bachelor’s degree or higher-level Behavior Support Coordinator, who preferably hold professional licensure (e.g. LSW, LPC) to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As a Behavior Support Coordinator, as a client advocate, you will provide group therapy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (psychology, sociology, social work); Master’s degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and implementing behavioral support strategies and plans.
- Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license (some local travel )
- Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test
- Must complete 40 hours of in-service &/or professional development training annually
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
