Summary:
The HRIS Analyst serves as the functional liaison between Human Resources and the IT department, ensuring that Workday and legacy systems are optimized to support HR business operations. This role focuses on everyday functional health and data integrity monitoring the system to ensure it meets the daily needs of the HR team and its stakeholders. The HRIS Analyst identifies process gaps, manages HR-specific security access, and supports functional testing for system updates. By leveraging advanced reporting and audit tools, this role safeguards the accuracy of HR and benefit data while collaborating with IT to implement enhancements that streamline high-effort HR workflows.
Essential Functions:

Partner closely with the IT department to coordinate system configurations, updates, and maintenance; lead user-end testing (UAT) for HR to ensure that IT-led changes meet functional requirements before moving to Production.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
