The hiring range reflects varying levels of experience: the upper end is for someone ready to handle litigation and pre-litigation immediately, and the lower end is for a great personality fit who is still building experience.

Compensation
We believe in rewarding excellence without limits. Your work directly drives your earning potential.
- Base salary: $125,000–$175,000, depending on skills and experience
- Performance bonus: a significant percentage of the fees generated from your caseload
- Origination bonus: an additional percentage of any case you originate
- Total compensation potential: $185,000–$300,000+, depending on litigation interest, skill, and ability
- Equity options available for the right long-term fit

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia State Bar
- 2–5+ years of personal injury or defense litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- A clear, effective communicator
- Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Trial experience, or a genuine willingness to develop trial skills, preferred
- A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help clients
