Responsibilities
- Develop and refine sales strategies by analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to gather insights, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and visual reports in Visio, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Conduct business analysis to identify gaps in current sales processes and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Lead forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data, market conditions, and sales pipeline metrics to project future performance accurately.
- Manage projects related to strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while aligning with overall business objectives.

- Sales Strategy & Pitch Advisory: Partner with sales reps to create pitch decks and use data to help reps win more business.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance, advertiser trends, and campaign data to surface insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger pitches.
- Creative Collaboration: Help manage a book of business by working back-and-forth with customers on artwork suggestions, revisions, and approvals to deliver ads that perform.

- Targeted Mail & Custom Quotes: Partner with Community Impact Printing to scope targeted mail campaigns and develop custom quotes that match customer needs.
- Ticket System & Issue Resolution: Respond to incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues for the field sales team, and keep work moving without bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our development team on new UX/UI improvements, partner with ad designers and programmers, and connect regularly with leadership and customers.
- Sales Training & Enablement: Train sales reps on processes, tools, and best practices so the field team has what they need to succeed.
- Administrative Accuracy: Handle data entry and administrative tasks with precision, ensuring records, systems, and deliverables stay clean and reliable.
Pay: $21.63 - $24.00 per hour
