Toler Tough Appliance Repair is growing — and we're looking for motivated, mechanically minded individuals to join our team.
We are a family- and veteran-owned appliance repair company serving the Gulf Coast from Long Beach, Mississippi to Panama City, Florida. We specialize in residential kitchen and laundry appliance repair, with a particular focus on high-end luxury appliances, exclusive vacation rentals, new construction, and some of the most beautiful homes and neighborhoods along the Gulf Coast.
Whether you're an experienced technician looking for a better opportunity or someone with mechanical/electrical experience who is ready to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.
EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS
Experienced appliance technicians are encouraged to apply, especially those with:
- Sealed-system refrigeration experience
- Refrigeration troubleshooting and repair experience
- Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Experience working on residential appliances
- Experience with luxury or built-in appliances is a major plus
- Ability to diagnose problems efficiently and complete repairs professionally
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Experienced technicians can expect competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
ENTRY-LEVEL & DEVELOPING TECHNICIANS
Don't have years of appliance experience? That's okay.
We're willing to train the right people on our systems, procedures, diagnostic methods, and the specific appliances we service.
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Mechanically inclined
- Electrically inclined
- Dependable and motivated
- Willing to learn
- Comfortable troubleshooting and solving problems
- Professional and customer-service driven
- Able to communicate effectively with customers
- Willing to take pride in their work
A background in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, automotive, maintenance, construction, military technical fields, or another mechanically oriented trade is a plus.
