Position Overview
As a licensed Pest Control Technician, you will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and provide our current and new customers with outstanding quality inspections and services. We are looking for dependable, efficient people to perform outstanding pest control services. This position calls for properly managing time and materials; working closely with office personnel; mindfulness of safety precautions and high level of customer service. We hire on character and integrity and have become known for the quality of service professionals we send to our customers’ homes and businesses.
Requirements
- Licensed through the SPCB
- At least one year industry experience (Ideally)
- A valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
- A successful completion of pre hire screenings
- A professional manner and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to carry a 35-lb to 50-lb backpack sprayer
- Great attitude and customer service-oriented outlook
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Read and write English
- Drug test and employment screening

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Safely perform skilled work in the preparation and application of chemical solutions for Pest Control

Schedule
- Full time
- 8 hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
